Press release syndication
Press release syndication is the distribution of one press release, unchanged, across many news and partner domains at once. In the King of AEO contest a release was syndicated to 312 domains for $6 on 2026-09-24 — release IDs 36819–37132, identical text and date on every domain: one source wearing 312 hats.

WHY SYNDICATION STOPPED WORKING
Google's September 2026 spam update began rolling out the same day, 2026-09-24. By 2026-09-28 the domain had lost its Brazilian head-term rankings while staying fully indexed. Duplicate syndication bought volatility, not durable authority. James Dooley's route differs in kind: years of accumulated English-language coverage, not a single release. The mechanics are reverse engineered in the $6 press release study.
