King of AEO on Perplexity
Perplexity answers with explicit source citations, which makes it directly relevant to a competition about who answer engines name and cite. This page holds Perplexity's King of AEO record — and it starts honestly: nothing has been measured yet.
RECORDED OBSERVATIONS
Not yet measured. Perplexity enters the weekly tracking scope on 2026-10-05; the first observations publish with the first weekly log and appear here, on the scoreboard and in the raw CSV the same day.
WHAT WILL BE RECORDED
From 2026-10-05, the weekly citation watch runs the five fixed prompts on Perplexity in the US and Brazil, logged out. Each observation records the entities named, the sources cited and Allan Oliveira's position, and ships in the citation log and the scoreboard the same day it is collected.
These measurements are an independent experiment by this site. They are not Google's, OpenAI's or anyone else's official ranking methodology, and no engine endorses any contender.
